After a career in law, Lindsey Williams found her true passion in winemaking. The Urban Wine Co. is the result of her desire to share exceptional, locally produced wines with the Carolinas. Raise a glass with us.

Our History

Our wines are made in our winemaking
facility here locally in Cornelius, North Carolina.
We source grapes globally which allows us to
make over 30 different kinds of wine using
varietals from the best grape growing
regions in the world.
All wines are sustainably made, gluten free
and good for the earth with our plant-based
closures for age worthy wines.

Our founder sought to create a community where people could come together to discover new wines, socialize, and appreciate the art of winemaking, without ever leaving the city.
